By accessing or using the Mahutonga Media website and platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

All content, software, and trademarks associated with our platforms are owned by Mahutonga Media Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Each platform carries its own conditions. Automahi and Legal Beagle are in beta and provided as-is; Legal Beagle offers information only and not legal advice; Tohu Network, Southern Cross News, and Motuhake are operational but provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Our platforms may link to or incorporate third-party content and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahutonga Media Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahutonga Media Limited from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for conduct that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe may harm other users or the platform.
We aim to resolve disputes informally where possible. Where that is not achievable, disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
